You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our products are not for minors. Keep all products away from children and pets.

PRODUCTS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Each NOX caffeine pouch contains 80mg of caffeine (20 pouches per can). Product descriptions, images, and prices on the site are for general information; we work to keep them accurate but minor variations can occur.

Caffeine affects everyone differently. Consult your physician before use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, caffeine sensitivity, any medical condition, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use and contact your doctor if you experience adverse symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, dizziness, or nausea. In case of accidental ingestion by a child, call 911 or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email is only a receipt — it is not our acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted or paid for.

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your card may show a temporary authorization hold when you order; holds are released automatically by your bank.

SHIPPING

Shipping options, costs, carriers, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@noxcaffeine.com to start a return. To be eligible, products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used pouches.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt or hack it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

RESALE & QUANTITY LIMITS

Products are for personal use. Resellers, dealers, and distributors may not purchase for resale without our written permission. We may limit quantities per person, household, or payment method.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including our name, logo, text, images, and graphics — is owned by NOX Energy LLC or used with permission and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NOX Energy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $25 if you paid nothing.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NOX Energy LLC from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights. This section survives termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days of written notice sent to PO Box 127, Kuna, ID 83634, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. Small-claims court and intellectual-property claims are excluded from arbitration. Any claim must be filed within one year of when it arose.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you violate these terms.

SEVER-ABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page, are the entire agreement between you and NOX Energy LLC about the site and our products.
